the start of Feb

well here starts another month of painting.
I did not get more painted then i bought but i was also working on a gaming table project.
so I bought 60minis and painted 47minis so I need to work on that.

now on to this month, I have to get a couple of models done for the club challenge we are running on the club facebook page.

well back to the others, I would like to finish my last three mali models. one dread ball team(I would like to get two games in),  so with that as a start I will go from there.

one thing I will say is that all the models are assembled and base coated. So one of the things I do is that when I get new models I assemble them and base coat them. so in January I has based 60mins as well.

week three

well I have had some time off this week so I spent some time working on a game table as well as a few models when I could.
I also did some model making in the form of a base for raspi and some ice collums.

also started painting some one offs these include ref for dread ball and a couple more.

and the last was the second uint for my mantic elves and the base.

week two

This seems to be a bad week I had more models arrive then I painted. so that means to paint more then I buy is allready behind.

That being said I have done some painting undercoated about 30models but I have completed 5 maliflaux models.

I have also completed the gaint eagle and diplay for him.
this is for the undead elves I am doing.

week one down

well I have finished 20 Mantic skellies that where on the list.

I also had to touch up my Maliflaux models, I only just finished them. I when out and got a matt seal.


the other  news is that I have 20 mantic elves, 10 skellies rev, 10 goblins ,10 orcs to add to why painting list.

So 20 down, 50 added so still -40 for week one

2013 here we go

2013 here we go...
well I still have  one unit to go from the2012 batch I wanted to finish so I will with any luck finish that this week, I also have a game on friday night the has a list with tecles So I will also try to have that finished fro friday. this week I actually have some time off during the week as I have to work this weekend. this will help.
one of the goals for this year is to blog at least once a week so I can keep you up to date with my progess on the painting side.

2013 - Projects

well this is the beginning of a new year and I  have taken stock on the year ahead.
well tis brings me to what I have comming up for the next 12 months.

Dark elves - 65 models , 2 heros, 1 monster
Mantic orcs - 36 models, 2 heros
Stone haven dwarfs - 20 models
Maliaux crew -The arcanist- 9 models
GW high elves - 11 sea guard, 5 revers
GW vampires - 11 hero models, 1 monter , 3 large monsters.
mantic undead - 20 skeleton
dreadball - kick starter, 62 models

I have a mantic elves army of 2000pt that I am working on
2 eagles, 40 archers, 15 sword masters, 20 spear elves, one hero,

plus
I have the KoW kickstarter models yet to come
and the reaper kickstarter models.

well I have based the model. I was plannng to leave the model white as it is a contrast colour and dose not take away from the primary model. It will now also depend on if it effects painting points.
